Located in an historic section of Palm Springs this four bedroom retreat hearkens back to the best of mid century modern architecture. Low slung ceilings and simple finishes throughout…the most important design considerations were shelter from the hot sun and solace in cold drinks.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and the pool was expanded and modernized.
Generous expanses of luscious green grass surround an utterly simple swimming pool. Mature palm trees frame Mt. San Jacinto and project islands of shade throughout the yard. A fire pit, hot tub, misters, outdoor shower and pool bubblers give little reason to be anywhere but the backyard.
